At Anturus, we bring the science of adventure to the classroom.

We stage adventures twice a year to connect with schools and homes around the world. Follow us live or catch-up through video diaries and activities for teachers - we even give lessons through Skype in the Classroom.

Guest Adventure

Melanie Windridge, physicist and guest adventurer for Anturus, set out to western Nepal to summit the mountain Putha Hiunchuli and she documented her journey for Anturus. Plus, she created five totally free school resources to accompany it!

About Us
Meaning "adventurous" in Welsh, Anturus is about enthusing children and adults alike in science through expeditions. We make it easy for schools to bring science from the outdoors into the classroom with simple-to-use videos and resources. See our Adventures page for our current projects or watch the #ExpeditionAlpine video to learn more.
